Megan Taylor is a writer from North Carolina. Born in Texas, Megan has called the Tarheel State home for more than 20 years. She graduated from Salem College with a degree in communication and minor in history. Since college, her work has been published in local newspapers and on news and radio stations. Currently, Megan writes a monthly budget column for Forsyth Magazines and contributes advertiser and content articles to the magazine, as well. In addition, she also been featured in movies, including Nicholas Sparks’ The Longest Ride and That Endless Horizon Productions’ Levon.
Megan values giving back to the community and has volunteered with various organizations throughout the years. In 2017, she founded the blog post, Goodness Gracious, where she prompts monthly support of charities.
In her spare time, Megan enjoys reading, traveling to new places, and completing DIY projects, found on Pinterest.
